Wolfgang Prigge

Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Prigge was born in Dortmund on October 16, 1940 and studied business administration in Göttingen and Düsseldorf, majoring in organization and rationalization.

He was an assistant to the management board at Feldmühle AG in Düsseldorf from 1968 to 1970, whereupon he switched to Profilia-Möbelwerke, where he became business director after seven years as a management board assistant. 

In further stations in his career, he worked as business director at Welle Möbelwerke in Paderborn, then as managing director at Schumann business consulting in Cologne, as well as chief executive officer at Schöller food products in Nuremberg (1986 to 1990).

Prigge has worked as a freelance crisis manager and as a representative for companies threatened with bankruptcy. In September 2000, he became chief representative of the advisory board of Dalli-Werke. Later, as chief representative, at Lucia AG in 2004 and 2005, he was responsible for relaunching the fashion brands. In 2005 and 2006, he was chief representative of the executive board of Villeroy & Boch. 

Wolfgang Prigge has been chairman of the advisory board of Dalli-Werke since 2005.
