Grünenthal helps

Grünenthal has been donating drugs for many years to those who can benefit from our products but who would otherwise not have access to them. The Saint-Jean de Dieu Hospital, for instance, which is located in the Senegalese capital Thies, has recently been supplied with selected Grünenthal products.

At sites of natural catastrophes and crisis situations in remote areas of the world, people need highly efficient drugs as well. That is why we support the nonprofit organization “action medeor”, one of the leading experts in the handling of drug donations. 

We deliver our goods directly to "action medeor". There, they are stored until their further transport and equipped with the respective package inserts in English, French, or Spanish and sent to their country of destination equipped with all the necessary documents.

In cooperating with “action medeor” we ensure compliance to the WHO guidelines for drug donation and thus contribute to a “Good Drugs Donation Practise (GDDP)”.
